Please Fix the Check-in!!

Ive been using this app since it was first made available in the App Store. I go to Smoothie King a LOT so this app is great for keeping track of points. In the beginning there was some trouble with scanning but I think all those issues have been fixed.

The problem I experience is with the check in feature. It takes way to long to load and check in. Then once I finally do get checked in and try to play the kings match game - it only works about a 1/3 of the time. For the other 2/3 - as you tap to reveal the images only a blank white screen appears. And even though they are all matching (since they are all blank white) it says sorry you lose.

I have deleted the app and reinstalled it. I have even gotten a new phone and it still does this. Also, I have noticed that it does not matter if you share on Facebook or Twitter, your chances of winning a coupon do not increase. It could just be because I go there so much, but I have only gotten a coupon 5 times out of at least 200 trips to Smoothie King.

Please fix the app so that the check in feature is actually worth the trouble of checking in.
