The App is not going to step 2 for missing points. It lets you put the date in but does not scroll to the amount and taking a picture of your receipt.....And even though they scan my App I always have to use this feature to get my points.....I spent $9.15 today at Fry Road location in Houston,Texas at 10:22am and I would like to have my missing points...Please fix the App

15 smoothies purchased and still no coupons.

Ive religiously scanned the QR code every time I make a purchase. It was keeping track. Now my points are just gone

There is nothing wrong with this app. I am in love with smoothie king and then I found out they had an app so I got it. I also LOVE the coupons they are so awesome. I would definitely recommend getting this app.

Good idea, but a BIG issue -Location tracking always on, no reason for this - make is only while using the app

Please fix the app. LOVE smoothie king, however, Ive received negative points for every purchase made for the last 2 months!!! Missing out on my free smoothies.

- Theres never any coupons. - Ive never won the scratch off - Extremely slow app + good way to accumulate points for a free smoothie. Better than punching the cards.

Always problems getting points. Never shows promotions under promotions tab. Dont see the point in downloading.

I love Smoothie King and go there twice a week for a meal replacement. Since I did the app upgrade, Im not able to play the game or check my points! The only thing Im able to do is check for the nearest location. Please fix whatever bugs are happening with this app, so I can continue to enjoy your app. Thanks!

It wont let me log in to my account. It says it cannot connect to the server. I tried deleting and downloading again. No go. Please fix. I have an iPhone 6+

I am unable to check in and system wont show how many points I have. It keeps saying I cant connect to server even though Im on wifi.

Wont let me log in. Keeps saying that there is an error with my connection, which is obviously Incorrect considering everything else works on my phone. Please fix it!

This app is complete refuse. A dumpster fire. It will not allow me to register. Seems like an absolute waste of time. Smoothie King obviously doesnt care about this app or making a concerted effort to produce any sort of quality effort. Dont waste your time

Keeps telling me to check my internet connection but Im not home.

Normally, the app does just fine. Super simple with little to no problems. However, now its stating its unable to connect to Internet. There needs to be an update because its not doing what it needs to do. Like smoothie king. Like the app. But it does still need work.

It keeps telling me that I cant login because of my internet connection but I am connected to wifi. Im on a 6s+

Every time I try to check my reward points it tells me no access to server and to check my internet connection. Load out of app now it wont let me log back in. Please fix!!!!
