Great Franchise, worst app ever

I have now "won" two coupons by checking in. Both times I get an "oops" message and lose my rewards. It is hard to check in on the app. The location I go to is the only thing redeeming the franchise for me. Great location owned by a great guy, even scanning my rewards card in the store takes forever because the employees say, "the server is slow again."
