Bring back the cardboard punch cards. The app is not that great

I like that theres a QR code for redeeming points but it should be the first thing to pop up when you load the app. Im always waiting for the fruit animation to finish...

Create-A-Smoothie function is gone as well as my saved smoothies. Very disappointing! White background is also blah; green was more vibrant. At least the Rewards still work!

Awesome app but is not compatible with widows phones. My gf gets smoothies daily but the rewards are not available to her because of this!

The app is awesome the customer service is amazing too. They are very polite and helpful. The best smoothies EVER!!! I would definitely come back

Great app. The only that its missing is being able to add the reward QR code to your passbook for easier access. Other than that its a great app.

I like the app. They should enhance it by adding the payment feature like Starbucks app. Also if store would prohibit cashier from handling your phone would be perfect.

It doesnt work. At all. Just spent a bunch of time in the store creating a login and going through all the screens only to have it fail. Get your act together and stop wasting my time with this nonsense. Id rate it less than one star if possible.

Pelase support Passbook for a quick checkout when scanning our rewards account. The QR within the app cannot be the only way to use your rewards program

I agree with another guest that wrote about this app. There defiantly should be a way to pay through the app. And more locations should have the equipment so the guest can do the QR scan them selves instead of having the guest hand the team member their phones. It makes it a bit awkward for everyone.

I have been using this app for about a month now, and have over 6k points, but still not even 1 coupon or reward. I read online that at this point I should have a few coupons. Very disappointing!

Barcode scanning is great, but app doesnt really offer much more. **Why email me coupons that cannot be imported into app?? In-app payment feature would be nice.

This app has potential, but hasnt changed in a while. The Rewards barcode never scans. Has never scanned. Has never scanned on my phone, my wifes phone, or any other customers Ive ever seen in Smoothie King. The check in feature is absolutely useless, you check in, and get a scratch off ticket to win something, and in a year I have won nothing. Even though I have been in the location four or five times a week consistently for the last year.

The games used to work but not anymore. I have won three times but it shows that there is no coupon in my wallet. Waste of time.

Good idea, but a couple of problems: -Location tracking always on, no reason for this - make is only while Im using the app -Check in doesnt always work the first time. -Scanner barcode doesnt work

Fix check in process, wont log in so I dont go as much

It used to work great, but now every time I try and check in the app freezes

I actually love this app. Im a huge smoothie king drinker since I dont eat fast food. This is my McDonalds you might say. Anyways, I love the rewards I get and I used to love getting coupons from checking in at my store location, but the past week or so this hasnt worked. Im still getting rewards on my purchases, but the app gets hung when trying to check in and it never goes to the game to play for coupons. Please fix it!
