Ive "won" at least two (2) $1 off rewards but it never load into my account!!!! It always say cannot connect to server and then I lose my rewards!!

Just played game said I won $1 off, clicked redeem and no coupon. Store unsympathetic!

It will not let me check in to play the game most times at the Biscayne and 19th location. Then when I do connect and win the coupons doesnt show up or I get a cannot connect to server error. Please Fix This!

Because Im a frequent Smoothie King customer, this app comes in handy, especially with the rewards incentive program this company has. Id like to see a change in the interface of the app and upgrades. It would be sooooooooooo dope if I could place mobile orders and pre-pay for them thru the app prior to getting to the store. Please take a look at Starbucks app! Its a genius idea and save a whole lot of time! PLEASE CONSIDER!!!!

Never able to check-in from app Won the check in game 12 times. Never goes into coupons. Fix the App please.

So I know youre suppose to show the cashier your barcode before purchasing, but there should be an option to take a picture of the receipt to redeem points if you forget. Would be a great feature and would help me out a lot since I forget to show them my barcode. A lot.

Has loads of issues and I mean loads.

I go to Smoothie King at least 2-3 times per week and would love to use this app, however this app is an embarrassment. Its bad enough that certain features, like check in, do not work, but its ridiculous that the app has not been updated for retina or for 4 inch screens. Do not download this app. Maybe the company will then finally get the hint and overhaul the app.

My app stopped recognizing wifi so I couldnt see/use my points. Check in still didnt work and the coupons aspect would be great if it actually worked or had instructions on how to use it.

Scan works just fine. I forgot to check in too see if it works. I would like to see the hours added in the store info. Additionally you should add the capability to scan coupons to store in the app. Also can you add store hours to the location finder? I travel so that would be helpful.

This app is in need of a major fix. The point system doesnt work, its having loading problems and the navigation lags. Theres not even a barcode to scan that shows up.

This app is so old and was made for the iPhone 4. Last update was over a year ago. Please update it. Not worth downloading

What a waste of an ap. all coupons must be printed, they cant just scan your phone.

Ive been using this app since it was first made available in the App Store. I go to Smoothie King a LOT so this app is great for keeping track of points. In the beginning there was some trouble with scanning but I think all those issues have been fixed. The problem I experience is with the check in feature. It takes way to long to load and check in. Then once I finally do get checked in and try to play the kings match game - it only works about a 1/3 of the time. For the other 2/3 - as you tap to reveal the images only a blank white screen appears. And even though they are all matching (since they are all blank white) it says sorry you lose. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it. I have even gotten a new phone and it still does this. Also, I have noticed that it does not matter if you share on Facebook or Twitter, your chances of winning a coupon do not increase. It could just be because I go there so much, but I have only gotten a coupon 5 times out of at least 200 trips to Smoothie King. Please fix the app so that the check in feature is actually worth the trouble of checking in. Thanks!!!

This app is junk. Its sluggish: startup time and loading between pages takes several seconds. Its ugly: circa 2008 design, hasnt been updates to a post-iOS 7 design language, or even a retina display or 4-inch display. Its dysfunctional: the check-in feature doesnt work at all. Do not download this app.
