Does exactly what I need it to do with no issues.

HASNT WORKED IN MONTHS! FIX IT.

Ive used the app for months now and not once has it offered coupons. Also cant check in because I leave my gps off because of battery life. Why they have to verify your at the store I have no clue. You dont gain anything by checking in

I work for Smoothie King. If you want this app to be useful optimize for iphone 6 and 6 plus. Make it passbook friendly. Add an option to load your gift cards onto it for payments. 3 things to make this a complete app.

This app fails to do the only thing its made for and that is to give rewards points each time you make a purchase and offer coupons. Ive spent about 100$ so far at SK and havent received the first point!!!

There needs to be an option to scan a receipt and still get your points. Like the Schlotzskys app.

They scan my phone at check out but the points are never added. Very frustrating when I spend a lot of money here. Please fix.

When I click on points tab it states information is not able due to internet connection but I have 4g on my phone. App needs major upgrade.

How do I lose the stupid unwelcome SK icon on my Lockscreen in the lower left corner? Who needs that? May have to delete this app.

Horrible app looks like it was made for ios4. No hours for stores. Reward thing never works

The last week or so the Smoothie King app has been barely functional. You can no longer check-in and its always been incredibly sluggish. Smoothie King needs to spend some time with the Starbucks app and gather some great takeaways: (1) improving the rewards program and its interface within the app; (2) adding support for digital gift card; (3) adding support for Apple Pay in its stores; (4) allowing digital reloads within the app; (5) supporting digital coupons and drink vouchers (cheaper for SK and franchisees btw). In summary the app is very lackluster and way overdue for an upgrade/overhaul.

I downloaded this app earlier this year and have been frustrated with the check-in process (getting hung-up to play the game) and the lack of coupons. For now, I only use this to scan reward points.

Love the app. Employee showed me how to use it and it works great. Im almost close to getting my first free smoothie!

It requires constant access to GPS or it wont check in

For the most part it does add up the points. I have spent over $200 and have yet received any coupons. With SK being so expensive coupons would be helpful.
