After I upgraded the software on my phone, my points disappeared. I had 10,000 points. Now Im down to zero.

Over this app and wont use it again. Not only did my 4500+ points suddenly disappear but my coupons never showed up.

Its been over a year and a half without an update. Lets see whats missing: 1) Still a stretched version on a larger phone; 2) No new deals/coupons ever get added; 3) Slow/Buggy/Laggy/Crashy; 4) Biggest gripe: No Apple Wallet support for reward card scanning; Even just to fix the bugs would be enough. A new feature set would be nice, whatever you would deem useful. Please fix!

The check in part of this app rarely works. This last time it did work I played the game to win a coupon and it never showed in my coupons tab. Too many glitches.

I have spent over 300 dollars at smoothie king and use this app each time. I have not received jack. I will still use the app in hopes that one day I may get a few smoothie or any perk for my loyalty, but I wont hold my breath

Every time I try to redeem my points, it tells me it cant accesses them.

Smothies are great at SK but the app is not. I was unable to sign up for rewards program using the app so I used my pc to sign up. After signing up online I couldnt sign in using the app. I was getting error message check you internet connection even though I was able to use data on my phone.

App sometimes shows a blank screen when I need to scan it. Also, Ive used this app so many times and Ive never won a game or received a coupon. Kinda strange.

I am on an iPhone 5S, latest iOS, good connection to internet both w/LTE and Wi-Fi, app keeps telling me at various locations in more than one town, "unable to log in, no Internet connection." Which is absolutely untrue. Ive deleted the app and reinstalled it several times. Get your act together Smoothie King developers and fix the bugs.

App wont let me log in and I get the same "check devices internet connection" error that others do...my devices connection is just fine...your app is the problem!

Simple app, that lets me earn points for drinking great smoothies.

I havent been able to check in to a location in over two weeks! I love smoothie king and the app but it hasnt been working correctly for a while now!

Please fix the app!!! Unable to see points or log in.

I spend about 8 dollars a day at my local Smoothie King. After every workout, I am eagerly awaiting my Pineapple Mango Lean 1...sooo, I thought Id go ahead and download the app, and get a free one, now and then. The total lack of support on this application makes me regret even the small amount of time it took to download it! The "internet connection " error that everyone mentions is still there. I am unable to register, and the app is useless. Maybe Jamba Juice treats its customers better...Im about to find out.

Got a new phone & now I cant re-download the app from the AppStore.

Rarely able to check in If I win the check in game, I dont receive a reward

I won a free smoothie when I checked in (which never ever happens), but it never show up in the coupon section on my app. Please fix your app.

Love smoothie king. Love the reward program. The check in and coupon features are broken. If Im able to get check in to work, and the game works, the coupons dont come through.

I have now "won" two coupons by checking in. Both times I get an "oops" message and lose my rewards. It is hard to check in on the app. The location I go to is the only thing redeeming the franchise for me. Great location owned by a great guy, even scanning my rewards card in the store takes forever because the employees say, "the server is slow again."

Bad in-store reception to check in, reception is so bad that once you have a coupon to redeem from checking in, oops - no reception so try again. Im ready to delete the app!
